Spokane Hot Box brings a traditional wood-fired sauna experience to locations around Spokane. We’re social, cozy, and usually located near water for optional plunges.

75-Minute Sauna Sessions
Whether it’s your first time trying a sauna or sauna is part of your regular rhythm, getting started is easy:
Book your community or private session online.
Sign the waiver.
Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.
Step into the heat.
Sweat, cool down, rest, repeat.
75 minute sessions allow for 2-4 cycles of hot-cold. We’ll have the fire going, check you in, and guide your session as much or as little as you want.
Location
We are currently offering community and private sessions on West Water Ave in Peaceful Valley. Type “Peaceful Valley River Walk at Redband Park” into your map app and you’ll find us.

Sauna Offerings
Rent the sauna for your private event. We bring the sauna to you, set-up, and keep it hot throughout your reservation. Cold plunges and oak dump buckets can be provided upon request. Perfect for community events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, gym recovery sessions, and private gatherings with friends.
Book the sauna for a private session for up to 10 guests. Ideal for a quieter experience, private time with friends, or a personal reset. Enjoy the sauna without sharing it with other guests.
Share a 75 minute sauna session with others. Connect with friends and strangers. Great for solo visits, first-timers, and connecting with others.
